What is AMCFlow?

AMCFlow is a simple platform designed to simplify AMC operations for Indian service businesses. It helps manage AMC contracts, renewals, service visits, technicians, and reports—without spreadsheets or CRM complexity.

Is AMCFlow a CRM?

No. AMCFlow is not a generic CRM. It is purpose-built for AMC-focused service businesses where renewals, visits, and service follow-ups matter daily.

Pricing & Billing

Is the Starter plan really free?

Yes. During the launch phase, AMCFlow offers an Early Bird benefit where the first user can use the platform free forever. The free plan includes 1 business and 1 user. Future pricing may require payment for the first user.

How does pricing work?

AMCFlow uses simple usage-based pricing. Each login account counts as one user and pricing is calculated per business based on the number of users.

How much does the Growth plan cost?

The Growth plan costs ₹250 per user per month. For example: 2 users → ₹500/month
3 users → ₹750/month

What happens when I add more users?

When you add additional users (staff or technicians), billing increases based on the number of active users. You can add or remove users anytime.

Do branches cost extra?

No. Multiple branches can be managed inside the same business account. Pricing is based only on the number of users.

Can I manage multiple businesses?

Yes. However, the free Starter plan includes only one business. Additional businesses may require upgrading to a paid plan.

Is annual payment required?

No. AMCFlow supports monthly billing. Annual plans or discounts may be introduced later.

Security & Data

Who owns my data?

You fully own your data. AMCFlow only processes it to provide the service.

Is my data secure?

Yes. AMCFlow uses secure HTTPS access, role-based permissions, and regular backups to keep your data safe.

Onboarding & Support

Is AMCFlow easy to set up?

Yes. AMCFlow is designed to work out-of-the-box. Most businesses can start using it the same day.

Do you provide onboarding support?

Yes. Setup guidance is available. Dedicated onboarding is offered for larger teams.
