What is AMCFlow?
AMCFlow is AMC management software for Indian service businesses. It keeps your customers, equipment, AMC contracts, complaints and renewal dates in one place, and sends technicians their jobs on WhatsApp — instead of running everything on Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups.
Is AMCFlow a CRM?

Who is AMCFlow for?
Any business that sells annual maintenance contracts — AC and HVAC, RO water purifiers, IT hardware, elevators and lifts, CCTV, solar, refrigeration, pumps and facility management.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. AMCFlow is cloud software. You log in from any browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
Technicians, WhatsApp & Customers
How do technicians get their jobs?

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?
No. AMCFlow includes the WhatsApp layer. You don't need to register a WhatsApp Business API account, verify with Meta or get templates approved.
Can my customers raise complaints themselves?
Yes. Customers sign in to their own portal with a one-time code on WhatsApp and register complaints directly.
How does renewal tracking work?
AMCFlow shows an expiry dashboard with the contracts that are nearing expiry, so your team can follow up with customers before they lapse.
Pricing & Billing
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for 1 business and 1 user. No credit card and no trial clock.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Growth is ₹399/month for 5 users and Business is ₹950/month for 10 users under Founding Customer Pricing. Additional users are ₹150/month each. GST is extra. See all plans →
What is Founding Customer Pricing?
The first 50 businesses on a paid plan keep their rate locked for 24 months from their first payment, as long as the subscription stays active. When 50 businesses have joined, the offer closes.
How is pricing calculated?
Per business, based on the number of users (login accounts) — not per contract or per customer. Technicians count as users.
Can I change my plan or number of users?
Yes. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan or users as your team changes.
Is annual billing available?
Yes — monthly or annual. Annual billing is roughly 17% off the monthly rate.
Are payments refundable?
Payments once made are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Use the free Starter plan to try AMCFlow before you pay. Refund & cancellation policy →
Security & Data
Who owns my data?
You own your data. AMCFlow only processes it to provide the service.
Is my data secure?
AMCFlow runs in the cloud with secure HTTPS access, and each team member uses their own login. Your data isn't tied to a single computer that can crash or get lost.

Is AMCFlow easy to set up?
Yes. Sign up, add your customers and create your first AMC — no IT help or consultant needed.
Can you move my existing data from Excel?
Yes. Send us your Excel, CSV or Google Sheet and we'll set up your customers, products and running AMC contracts for you. Done-for-you setup is available on paid plans — see pricing for details.
