Both — and that's the key difference. How many technicians can I manage in AMCFlow?
The Growth plan (₹399/month) supports up to 5 users including technicians. The Business plan (₹950/month) supports up to 10. Enterprise is available for larger teams. Each technician gets their own mobile app login.
Do technicians need a smartphone?
Yes — the technician app works on Android smartphones. Any mid-range Android phone from the last 3–4 years will work. Technicians don't need a laptop or desktop to use AMCFlow.
Can I track where my technicians are?
AMCFlow tracks job status updates (en route, arrived, completed) as technicians update them on mobile. Real-time GPS tracking is on the roadmap for a future release.
What if a technician doesn't have internet access on site?
The technician app requires an internet connection to sync updates. Most urban service areas in India have sufficient mobile data coverage. Offline mode is a planned feature for a future release.
How is scheduling done — manually or automatically?
Currently manual — the owner or manager assigns jobs to technicians from the web dashboard. AMCFlow shows you all open complaints and due preventive visits, and you assign them with a click. Auto-scheduling based on technician location and availability is on the product roadmap.
