How much does AMCFlow cost?
Starter is free forever for one user. Growth is ₹399/month for 5 users and Business is
₹950/month for 10 users under Founding Customer Pricing. Additional users are ₹150/month
each. GST is extra.
Is the Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. One business, one user, free for as long as you use it. No credit card, no trial clock.
What is Founding Customer Pricing?
The first 50 businesses to join get Growth at ₹399/month and Business at ₹950/month,
locked for 24 months. When 50 businesses have signed up, the offer closes and list
pricing applies to new customers.
How is pricing calculated?
Per business, based on the number of users (login accounts) — not per contract or per customer.
Do technicians count as users?
Yes. Every person who logs in counts as one user.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start using AMCFlow without entering any card details.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?
No. WhatsApp job dispatch to technicians is included from Growth upward,
with no WhatsApp Business API registration, Meta business verification
or template approval on your side.
Can I change my plan or number of users?
Yes. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan or users as your team changes.
Is annual billing available?
Yes, at roughly 17% off the monthly rate.
Terms & Conditions
- The Starter plan includes one business account and one user, free of charge with no time limit.
- Founding Customer Pricing applies to the first 50 businesses to subscribe to a paid plan.
- Founding rates are held for 24 months from the date of first payment, provided the subscription remains active.
- Additional users are billed at ₹150/month each on top of the plan rate.
- All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable.
- List pricing may change for new customers at any time.
- Payments once made are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- AMCFlow reserves the right to update features, pricing and plans.
- Customers are responsible for the security of their login credentials.
